("Staffing 2000"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") discloses our practices for
gathering, storing and using personal and employer registration information on
our Web site ("Site") and during our job seeker registration process.
Our Site is designed to provide information about Staffing 2000, its
recruiters, current job openings and certain candidate's skill profiles for
employers.
Job seekers contact our recruiters by e-mail and typically provide us with
personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address,
resume, references, etc. Employers also contact our recruiters by e-mail and
additionally, may register on our Employer Partners page and provide
registration information to view selected skill profiles.
Personal Information Provided By Job Seekers
In order for our recruiters to assist you in your career search and keep you
notified of job openings of interest, we collect information provided by you on
applications, and other oral and written communications in addition to
information provided by electronic communications. We also collect information
from third parties such as individuals providing references, credit bureaus
providing credit history and background information, and others providing
verifications of information such as your employment history and relationships
with other third parties.
Disclosure to Affiliated Parties
In order to assist job seekers in their career search, personal information may
be shared among our recruiters and among our offices. Each of our recruiters is
fully aware of our Privacy Policy and practices.
Disclosure to Non-Affiliated Third Parties
Personal information to non-affiliated third parties may be disclosed in
certain cases. Information may be shared at Staffing 2000's sole discretion
with a third party for employment-related purposes if you are responding to a
job posting, are working with our recruiters in a career search or if you
otherwise have asked it to be shared. In addition, Staffing 2000 may in our
sole discretion share selected non-identifiable skill profile information with
interested third-parties on the Employer Partners section of the Site in order
to facilitate a job seeker's career search. Information may be shared with our
service providers such as payroll processors, credit reporting agencies,
marketing firms, etc. Our agreements with them prohibit them from disclosing or
using your information other than to perform the relevant services. We also
disclose information when we believe in good faith that we are required to do
so by law such as by subpoenas and liens by governmental agencies.
Registration Information Provided By Employers
In order to use our Employer Partners feature, employers are required to
register on the Site. Once approved, a password is e-mailed to the employer to
allow access to this feature. This information is available internally to those
authorized employees responsible for approving the registration and maintaining
the Site and is not shared with non-affiliated third parties.
Information Automatically Collected
Like many other Web sites, our Site and our Site host automatically collects
certain non-identifiable information regarding Site users, such as the IP
address of computers and service providers, the date and time the Site is
accessed, the sections of the Site visited, the Internet address of the Site
from which you liked directly to our Site, etc. This non-identifiable
information is used for Site and system administration purposes and to improve
the functionality of the Site. This information may be disclosed to others and
archived for future use.
A "cookie", a technology that installs information on a Web site user's
computer to permit the Web site to recognize future visits using that computer,
